The writing on the wall uncovers the history of this place: Schneidermeister - master tailor. "When we first came on vacation to the Karkonosze, this house - as well as its history and surroundings - enchanted us so much we decided to take it under our care. We put our heart and soul into creating comfortable, modern, and most of all eco-friendly rooms in the foothill of Chojnik and a family apartment. Beautiful house located at the riverside now welcomes Guests to relax in the Karkonosze Mountains.” Tailor’s House in Sobieszów is surrounded by greenery, next to Wrzosówka river inhabited by large trouts.

The address name Młyńska 17 signifies a very quiet part of Sobieszów. The house offers a view of the Chojnik Castle. Right outside the gate, you can embark on several trails leading to the castle, as well as further into the Karkonosze Mountains. Careful renovation - taking reference from old etchings of the Tailor’s House - created stunning interiors. Every detail shows the effort and care the owners and the architect put into providing Guests all the comforts and accomodations, to make their stay in the mountains a real pleasure. Although every part of Tailor’s House is kept in the original style, only high-end materials were used. Each detail was meticulously restored using innovative, eco-friendly methods. The windows provide plenty of natural light - as in the rooms, so in the two-room apartment in the mountains. Stone window sills bring a touch of classic elegance to the interiors.

The interiors with their brick arches and stone walls will take your breath away. A fully functional fireplace brings some warmth. Thanks to comfortable couches and stylish light fixtures, you’ll be able to relax there before a skiing trip to the Karkonosze or to Czech Republic. What brings even more peace, is the clean, humid, mountain air which enfolds Sobieszów, a peaceful quarter of Jelenia Góra. At the ground floor, there is a kitchen and dining area open for the Guests, with all the appliances and dishes provided. It’s a place to easily prepare meals for an entire family or group of friends.

Environmentally responsible solutions were used to make your stay in the Karkonosze Mountains a real pleasure. The rooms are one of a kind: bright, warm and comfortable. The original beams and stairs were restored, lattice windows were designed to closely resemble the original as well as bring in maximum daylight. Every detail was thought out meticulously to guarantee you the best possible experiences on your vacation in the Karkonosze Mountains.
