It is a good starting point for trips to the Czech Republic, Karpacz and Germany. Sobieszów boasts a functioning railway line leading to Jelenia Góra or Szklarska Poręba. Koleje Dolnośląskie offers really cheap train tickets with convenient and comfortable rail buses. Sobieszów is a really well-connected place, ideal for active recreation in the Giant Mountains. In the vicinity of the guesthouse there is a bicycle rental and in winter a ski rental.
